I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 15 years, practicing in both California and Hawaii, and am now licensed in Washington State. I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services, working with diverse populations and addressing various issues, from substance abuse, anxiety, depression and PTSD to school-based behavioral health.My passion lies in supporting women, girls, and LGBTQIA individuals in building self-esteem, fostering self-empowerment, and facilitating positive change to help them achieve their best lives. Sex Therapy
I'm really excited to share that I’ve started my journey to become a sex therapist with the Sexual Health Alliance! As a licensed therapist, I often discuss sex with my clients, and I truly enjoy it! My goal is to provide my clients with the best and most accurate information about sex and sexuality because, let's face it, sex is wonderful and an important part of a happy, fulfilling life!So, what does a sex therapist do? There are many areas where a sex therapist can help. I'm knowledgeable about Kink and have worked with many clients from the Kink and BDSM communities. A lot of my clients are polyamorous or in open relationships. Some people may be facing intimacy challenges or varying levels of arousal. Honestly, there's no topic I'm not open to discussing. Breathwork
Breathwork is an amazing tool to connect to self, go deep and resolve the blocks that hold you back from living your best life. In my practice I use breathwork to assist in healing trauma and as a tool to cope with stress and anxiety.
